Automatic bed leveling
Hi I have some VCore 3.1 and one topic i cant get solved or find anything.
I expecting that after the bed mash was creating that he will make corrections during the print ( like i knowing it from all my Prusa Printers) so that finaly the first layer is good . But with my ratrig NO no corrections what is on a 300 usualy working in my 400 i found a middle way with just a small correction over the print . but the 500 is heavy here its usual that i will have areas much too close and areas much too far away from the bed .
I searched but could found anything , and i mean nothing so maybe i using the wrong keyword for the search .
Does anyone can tell me hwo to activate an active bed leveling to get finaly usable first layers and no need to monitor the first layers anymore ?
Setup is some with pinda and 40x40 Points and one already changed to beacon were I try to get that active to change the others.
Hope someone can show me the right direction.
Best Regards
Thomas

are you using ratos? if so, it should automatically be using the heightmap generated at the start of the print. You can confirm it is using it by attaching some tape to the leadscrews and watch as they slightly move to adjust to the heightmap.
You can also look at the heightmap generated in the mainsail interface and see if there is any big high or low spots. You want to aim for under a layer height in deviation
all on ratos, i tried by touching them by hand , but no movement , our 500 we created a bedmash and loading it via the gcode bec the 40x40 needs a few hours to get finished with the pinda sensor . bit also there no movement of the screws , soon will change the first 500 to beacon and updating all but hope to understand bevore why no automatic correction will be done
