Deathloop doesnt launch.
I installed other game (Control) and it works, so the problem is specific to Deathloop.

I tried switching all kinds of settings - doesn't help.
So what happens: I click play now, it says "playing(now)" but nothing happens, it goes like that for a minute, and then the game "crashes" and I get a pop-up "Sorry something went wrong. For solutions please visit: URL". Nothing when I go to the url.

Is there a reason for keeping that setting around when all it seems to do is confuse people and cause problems?

i repaired the game multiple times btw, so that shouldn not be a problem either

sometimes it's needed, just not needed most of the times
I don't know what else to suggest, I tried the game today with the same configuration and it worked out of the box (I do have a different setup, but the game doesn't need any special tweaking)

ill just play it on windows then, thanks god i have dual boot. I was hoping to use linux 99% of the time but i guess its not that stable as people say

this looks like denuvo
every time you switch wine types it counts as a new installation of the game (every new prefix does that too)
you'll have to wait 24hs for denuvo's protection to be off
