Scroll wheel rotates object while placing in fixed angles
A tools that's popular with Blender users called KitOps (used to quickly modify a 3D object) let's a user choose rotation while placing an object in a scene with the scroll button on a mouse. It's very intuitive so was wondering if DASH could let me rotate an object that I'm starting to place in a scene using the same behavior.

Hey thanks for the suggestion!
We do have some shortcuts for our placement mode, you can open an info box with them just under the Dash bar once in placement mode, have you seen those? 🤔
Yes. I know I can achieve a similar result by pressing SHIFT. But my point was that if the middle mouse button works for rotation while placing an object it doesn't require the keyboard and feels more natural. If you guys have some time try out the KitOPS plugin for Blender. Some very interesting ideas in general as the "cutters" are non-destructive until you commit them and pretty intuitive to place things on objects.
Aaah I understand, good point!
Will see if we can find the time to try KitOPS 😄
