Newest DH releas and works fine with shaders disabled.

Shaders takes exclusive control over Distant Horizons fog. You will have to edit the fog settings on the shaders side instead.
but how will i then have distant fog?
cant i use shaded fog for real chunks and distant horizon fog for lods
Interesting request. Depends on the pack, you might be able to configure how the fog behaves.
Experiment a bit with the shader fog, see what works best for you.
complementary reimagined
but is there no way to enable the dh fog on my lods? the shader fogs work on real chunks but there is a cutoff between the real and fake ones like a pixelated aura on the edge showing smth else
There's a cutoff? Sounds like an issue to me. Do you have a screenshot showing this?
one moment
this cutoff also happens when i make transparency iirc and in this "Aura" you can see the real deal

as seen in this tree you can see that it renders fog but then outside it doesnt
btw also happen when i enable realistic clouds or better clouds
That's a bug.
also the fog does still work when shaders are disabled
where do i report it and to who? and how long can it take to fix as far as you know for the average report
Let's start with the simple one.
1. Does it happen with other shader packs besides Complementary?
2. Do you have any other mods installed?
i cant really test other shaders as its one of the very few compatible with my laptop
not any mods that should conflict but yes.
as i said previously the fog is completely normal with sahders turned off so i can only hypothethise that it can be because the shader does something to the fog?? as clouds react the same way but the clouds completely dissapears if its anything but vanilla.
but the fog is weird because it works on the real chunks
Will have to wait for others to help you. I need to go to sleep now.
Try turning off the bushy leaves texturepack
Its vanilla tweaks and the effect is the same
well goodnight and thanks
