Fog cuttoff
From real to fake lods the fog cutoffs a pixelated aura so to say, here you can climpse into the real fog.
Also happens with volumetric clouds or better clouds.
works fine with shaders disabld.

Try turning off the bushy leaves texturepack
same effect
How does it look with other shaders?
The shader is in control of rendering
Make sure DH transparency is at Complete
