Redirecting URL
Hello,
I am having an issue with a Page Rule on my domain, londontravelclinic.com. The rule is not firing, even though all my settings appear to be correct.
My Goal:
I am trying to permanently redirect one URL to another.
Page Rule Configuration:
URL Match Pattern: *londontravelclinic.com/other-services
Action: Forwarding URL (301 Permanent Redirect)
Destination: https://londontravelclinic.com/tb-skin-tests
The Problem:
When I visit https://www.londontravelclinic.com/other-services, I still see a 404 "Page not found" error from my origin host (Hostinger). The redirect is not happening.
Troubleshooting I Have Already Completed:
I have confirmed that the A record for my root domain (londontravelclinic.com) is set to "Proxied" (orange cloud) in my DNS settings.
This is the only Page Rule I have, so I can confirm there are no other rules conflicting with it.
I have used the "Purge Everything" option to clear the entire Cloudflare cache.
I have waited and tested repeatedly in private/incognito browser windows.
My configuration seems to be perfect, but the rule is not being triggered. Could you please investigate on your end to see why it is not working?
