Unable to install Discord plugin from Marketplace (Fedora 42)

When I try to install the Discord by Elgato plugin from the .streamDeckPlugin file I downloaded, I get an error "Failed to read manifest". I see there is a note on the repo that the exe needs to be renamed and the manifest edited, but the manifest file seems to be in some encoding I cant edit. Is there a tool I need to edit the manifest?

Solution:
Please install the discord plugin from Opendeck and not from the .streamDeckPlugin file since its slightly modified to work with OpenDeck

The Manifest file is a normal text file and should be editable with every editor
