Low end laptop/PC players help

I got a low end laptop, and I am trying to play Valorant. I am LF some feedback or tips that u guys use for better gameplay. I have already tried every single stuff from the web to increase my val performance... But still asking you guys might help... Am also LF for fps boost as my gunfights lag a lot... Thanks for helping!

CPU: Intel i3 10110U
GPU: Intel UHD graphics 620
RAM: 4gb
