Advice for new playthrough
I want to start a new playthrough with my brother, but we only have one evening in the week to play together. I'd say it's around 2 to 3 hours per evening. So I'm asking for experienced people to help me choose some mods to cut the playtime to "finish" the game from 100ish hours to 10 hours so we can have a lot of extra time to spend on exploring and designing factories.
Maybe there's a recipe overhaul?
Or maybe the mod "multiply" will suffice to cut ingredients by 95% and the output to 80% for example?

If this isn't the mod you were looking for, try a different spelling.

Archipelago basically lets you move the goalposts wherever you want, but is probably not good for a first playthough

Maybe dumb question but why nobody is suggesting just using creative mode?
Also another option would be loading the save file to interactive map site and unlocking whatever you want.
I see mods for things that change the way the game works. E.g. There is a mod that prevents monster from spawning, which I can recommend if you just want to build factories and don't want to waste time on fighting.
It's not clear what exactly they're looking for, but I got the vibe of "accelerated progression" rather than skipping parts of progression
yes, let's say the same game everyone would play, but in 10% of the time
if everyone takes 100 hours it should be achieved in 10 hours with no speedrun for example
