Ban for no reason

Hello I'm contacting you regarding a permanent ban I received on my Valorant account. I haven't been given any clear reason for the ban, and I genuinely don't understand what I did to deserve such a punishment To my knowledge, I haven’t broken any rules or violated the terms of service. If I unknowingly made a mistake, I’m fully willing to discuss it and take responsibility, but I would at least like to understand what I’m being accused of. Please consider reviewing my case and, if possible, provide more details about the reason for this ban.
