Riot Mobile not available in Device/Country

Whenever I try to download riot mobile, it says not in device if I try it on my computer, and if i try it on my phone it says not available in country. I want to set 2-Step Multi Factor authentication with Riot Mobile My Device: Google Pixel 7. Country: Philippines
