why double \n
hello, for some reason i have to make two newlines to space up my lines, is there a setting to change it ?

As far as I know, this is simply part of MediaWiki and cannot be changed. Someone else that knows otherwise is more than welcome to share!

As far as I'm aware it's part of MediaWiki too. You can alternatively bullet point the line using * at the beginning or : to have no bullet point. Outside of using tables, this reduces the need to double space to separate the lines.
