When did you guys know you nailed your style?
I am from Buffalo, New York. People there are not known for dressing particularly interesting. Therefore I never really put thought into what I wear. 6-7 years ago I discovered the mfa sub. That's when I learned about the basic bastard outfit. Today, most of my wardrobe consists of those staples mostly from Uniqlo and Levi's. It has been hard to branch out even when I look at the waywt because so much of what you guys post seems experimental to me.
For the last two days I've spent time in Manhattan. While nobody really stands out, you can tell that guys here put more effort into their appearance, for both casual and formal wear. Pop culture certainly influences things. But I suspect most people aren't coming to this discord for fashion ideas.
