How do I recover my account?

If you have lost access to a connected account you use to access Overlay Expert, follow these instructions to recover you account: 1. Go to https://overlay.expert/signin/recovery and enter your email 2. You should now see the code confirmation form 3. Check your email for the code, and then enter the code in the code confirmation form 4. Once you are signed in, click on your avatar in the top right corner and then My Account 5. Connect either your Twitch, YouTube or Facebook account 6. Disconnect your old account 7. Reconnect your new account If you continue to have issues, please reach out to support.
