MangoHud not working with Wayland Minecraft

I have Prism Launcher installed as a flatpak. When I run it on Wayland (by taking its X11 perms and giving it Wayland perms in Flatseal) MangoHud doesn't work.
I would provide additional information but I'm honestly not quite sure what that would be

The operating system for the next generation of gamers.
