SML Believes Installed Game Too Old

Trying to get SML installed to use in Satisfactory 1.1. I just installed Satisfactory today (I wanted it on my nvme drive so uninstalled and reinstalled). I tried to launch with SML enabled but get a launch error "Plugin 'SML' failed to load...." I double checked the installed version of SML and that's when I noticed that the latest available SML version is 3.11.1 but the installed version is 3.7.0. When I try to install 3.11.1, it says that the installed version of Satisfactory (FactoryGame) is too old. I've tried uninstalling SML and SMM and reinstalling both but SMM continues to force install 3.7.0 of SML. When I launch Satisfactory from Steam I'm obviously on 1.1. I attached a debug log. Thank you for the help in advance!
Solution:
Solution: Completely delete any leftover .../steamapps/common/Satisfactory/ folders from old installs - check old drives where the game may have been installed in the past. Simply uninstalling the game from Steam does not remove the entire install folder. Delete old profiles in SMM and create a new profile....

The Mod Manager is reporting an error because it's trying to modify an outdated (Update 8) copy of the game. This could be caused by one of two things: 1. One of the installs connected to the Profile you have selected is still running Update 8. To fix this, either uninstall it, update it, or switch to a different Mod Manager profile. 2. You have leftover files in your install directory from downgrading to play Update 8. To fix this, uninstall the game (verify files won't fix this!), delete the game install directory if it still exists (this is NOT the AppData folder, but the location where you installed the game), then reinstall the game, and reopen SMM.

Judging from the error message, while SMM is looking in the right steamapps dir, there is some very old leftover Satisfactory cruft from old installs. I've uninstalled the game and SMM and will purge all the drives that Satisfactory has lived on, reinstall on the nvme, and then report back. After cleaning up old FactoryGame/Satisfactory game installs folders from old drives and reinstalling Satisfactory and SMM and SML, I can now use 3.11.1. Not sure what is is about those older folders that SMM is tripping over. It would launch the new version of Satisfactory using the Play Satisfactory button. Possibly a bug in there but that's not my call.
