Auto restart server after crash

Hi, I selfhost a private 1.21.1 Fabric server on Windows 10. The average uptime on my server isn't great, and I'm going to be away from my computers for a week so I won't be able to log in to fix it when it goes down this time. So is there a way to automatically restart the server after it goes down? I've tried a couple methods with .bat files but the methods I tried didn't work, or still required me to manually press a key to continue after a crash. Bonus: Is there also a way to automatically stop and restart the server every say, 3 days(for stability)?

Why not use something like anydesk/msrdp for remote access The real solution is not normalization of deviance
