Curve Builder - can't rebind Caps Lock?

First of all, AWESOME mod!

Curve Builder page says:

Adjust the desired rotation angle by holding the rotation toggle key (default is Caps Lock but can be rebound in settings)

but I can't find that binding in the settings? I have Curve Builder section but there is no Caps Lock there.

Is there any other way to rebind?
