keyboard detected as a controller.

My keyboard is being detected as a controller in steam and a few of my games.
I have tried setting

/etc/udev/rules.d/51-these-are-not-joysticks.rules

/etc/udev/rules.d/51-these-are-not-joysticks.rules

but no dice.
I was hoping to make this 'device' disapear.
