Add 120 fps to samsung s22, i have 120 in many other games just not pubg

Minimum required chipset for 120 FPS:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
- MediaTek Dimensity 9000 *
If your device does not have 120 FPS support in version 3.3, it will not have it in the future either, unless it is a new chip or device.
