Hello, I would like to ask several questions about EP
1. What places I’m not able to land using it?
2. Am I allowed to land on top of the Church Tower In Pochinki?
3. Is there fall damage if I release early from the EP parachute?

Location wise, you can only land areas near the Emergency Pickup's plane path. Object wise, you can land anywhere as long as you can also land there after jumping and parachuting from the regular plane.
You cannot cut off the parachute early in PUBG MOBILE....
