Valorant freezing pc every couple seconds
Valorant is freezing my pc every couple seconds for about a second and it continues even after closing the game so it forces me to restart my pc to fix the issue. This only happens in valorant and i've been trying to fix this issue but nothing seems to work that i've done. I've also sent a support ticket but it didn't help me and nothing is working and, it's a really frustrating bug. If someone knows how to fix this let me know please, my specs are AMD Ryzen 5 7600, 32 gb ram, rtx 3060ti if this helps.

does anyone know how to fix this issue?
try to open your event viewer by looking it up in your windows search bar
goto Windows Logs -> System
look for errors
you can launch val before doing this too
which error should i look for there are lots of them

There’s 2 ways it freezes
1. It freezes for 3-5 secs and unfreezes and continues
2. It stutters
if their descriptions are look-a-like send me a screenshot of one of them

try finding one that has a description talking about : "has a hardware IO error" or try sending all the critical errors you have in your event viewer

there r lots of errors and i cba looking for the 1 with that type of description cus it will take too long
and if i try to search for smth like that it doesnt show
if it isn't in the description within the next like 5-10 errors you can try restoring your bios settings to default
i think i can see if it's a driver issue if you download latencymon (google it) and run it while playing val
will a simple factory reset
