Cotton Linen Blends

I would be interested in hearing everyone's thougths on cotton/linen blends. The idea of blending the fibers is to reduce the wrinkling of the garment that comes with linen. I sort of have to wonder though that if you are looking for a cool wearing garment, does blending linen into cotton really help that much? I guess it must a bit and it probably depends on the percentage or each. What do people think. What's your experience. Do you find that having 40% linen in a cotton garment make it noticeably more breathable? Hard to know I guess if you don't have the same garment in 100% cotton.

I view them the same as 100% linen tbh. At the higher end, 100% linen has less of the wrinkling issues that cotton offers as a benefit so it's less needed for that Other linen blend tend to be more interesting (wool, rayon, silk, etc)

I like the texture and feel but don’t really know how much cooler you would run. Merino tees sure are nice tho. Noticed the difference right away.

even a bit of linen or similar material like washi paper helps a ton in blends tbh its not going to stack up to synthetics but it still helps a ton most brands sell cotton-coolmax blends for cheap and its really effective
