ACCOUNT false SUSPENDED
i got my account false ban/suspended and i was marked innocent for the first ticket i sent by a human live agent and got told that "we will lift the ban, but first we need to verify your ownership" , but after i provided them with all data verifying my ownership the next reply came from a bot.
i owned every skins in the game and got radiant every eps with a riot gun buddy, showing that i'm invested and aware about the consequences.
i need a riot dev to help me with this since the ticket will only get a reply from a bot no matter what i do. i'm also was an ex t2 pro from my country.
i could literally prove everything needed such as log and everything showing that im clean.

omg this wave of false ban is actually so crazy.
I also got false banned for using UNAUTHORISED third party application to gain advantages.
I tried to ask for help to valorant riot support, but the responds were just copy and pasted.
I think we just have to wait until the riot devs to look at our acc individually
i got it too the first email was actually from a human saying they will lift my ban after i provided the infos
and after i did i just kept getting copy pasted bot replies
im so frustrated rightnow since i've never skipped radiant before and this will be my first time 😭
not to say that its not guaranteed that i will gain access to my account back
will i ever be getting a help from an actual dev

they are trying to check what happened, and I've got HWID ban for 120days
(but I didn't..!)
i already got that before they were investigating then after 24 hours they replied with lifting my ban
then when i filled it just straight up bot
it's just really annoying
making a ticket when you just get automated replies by bots
yeah moreover i read on reddit people just keep saying to make tickets till i get a human replies
a ton of people are getting false banned (I'm sure it's not just a coincidence) along with people like curry being banned for third party software
