Keyboard and touchpad not working on Acer travelmate P645-S

right now im typing this on my usb keyboard, i was changing my minecraft keybinds when suddenly my keyboard and touchpad stopped working entirely, i tried to reboot my laptop, i tried updating, i tried opening and closing the lid but nothing. What should i do?
