They haven't removed it yet, or at least it's appearing on my end.
They are actually planning on turning groups into community forums, so group walls are definitely going away. It's just not going to be removed rn.

instead of actually fixing the problem and improving moderation, Roblox instead completely removes a feature. Hopefully the new update is good enough to save groups.
