Hacked and no help - Roblox Forum
Hi all,
I have been battling with the useless customer service since yesterday. I had my account hacked and the incompetent staff in the service department refuse to do what they are meant to do and help users.
I have sent them information to help solve the issue and retrieve my account. Keep getting the same stupid reply.
"There are no email addresses associated with the provided account username. Without this information, we are unable to verify ownership and cannot assist further with the requested account."
What part of hacked don't you bunch of incompetent backyard customer service agents understand?
Please if anyone has any advise or helpful ideas on how to get the account activated again post here. If anyone want to have a go at the poor customer service department lets go. Brilliant platform need to do more to help when people have issues.

Literally the same thing has happened to me in October. Hackers stole Robux from my daughter's account. I've spent the last couple of weeks going around loops with Roblox support forum.
Has Roblox had another data leak? This time of customer's data?

So yea, I have noticed that nectarine is talked about a lot more than the hive fruit so I assumed that nectarine is better than hive fruit.
