Hi! You can still actually get the old legacy chat in roblox studio.
1) Go to explorer and click TextChatService
2) Go to properties and find a property called "ChatVersion"
3) Click on TextChatService in the ChatVersion property and there should pop up 2 options to pick from, one is the legacy chat and one is the new one.
