So I've been seeing something about this visor being "Rare" and I don't buy it, its literally just a visor that I own as well. can someone please tell me how rare this is?

Well yea it's a 4 year old visor, it's rare. But too many people owned it since it was free. within that year Not many people wear it now till this day.
