If your idea of PG'ing (Password guessing) accounts involves a hacker sitting down and entering every single combinations of letters, numbers, and symbols until they land on the correct password on someone's account, then your idea is very unrealistic.
Yes, it's true that it's impossible for a human to enter every single combinations just to break into an account. If you do that, it will take days to crack it, assuming it's not just a word, which is why PGers don't actually guess the passwords on their own; they use programs instead.
There are multiple password guessing programs available, some for free, that'll guess the password for the user, and it will usually do it more quickly than a human could ever do. They're basically the main tool to use when password guessing as they can crack passwords with ease. Keep in mind that it could struggle when faced with stronger passwords.

It's not impossible, it's not always as simple and just typing in random letters and numbers and you'll get into someone's account. It's called brute forcing.
