Because Roblox are to been filled with hackers who people are usually not skilled at this very game or maybe just want for hacking for fun to try change game test out hacker or just ruin other game experience, don't react that is what they to having wanted.

My guess is little to no anti-exploit, like Prison Life or Fencing, games that haven't been updated in a LONG time.
Usually they just want to test their exploits but I don't doubt that some use them because they suck at the game ¯/¯
