All Ages Game not working - Roblox Forum
Hi, I wrote tech support and so far no help except to read articles, but there is a game rated ALL AGES that my daughter should be able to play even with account restrictions? correct?
Why is it saying "experience not allowed" if it is rated ALL AGES?
Please help me figure this out.

Thank you for your reply, Here is an attached Screenshot, it is "All Ages" but it says "This experience is unavailable due to your account settings."
What do you think it could be?

Is there a way to see if anyone else is having this issue in general or just with this game? The support at roblox is not helping. They sent me an article about "Allowed Experiences" but again this is an "All Ages" Game. I even underlined in the article about allowed experiences where if you enable parental controls all ages experiences should be available.

It might not be due to Age Restrictions , maybe you have the ability to join games off or it is a bug ? Maybe wrong device or other things ? The game could be mobile only ?
