Tired of ROBLOX's moderation system - Roblox Forum
At the beginning of this year, I got terminated from ROBLOX for "unauthorized/disputed charges" despite having full authorization to use a credit card/not refunding anything. I've been playing the game since mid-2009 and I've always been getting screwed over by the moderators. Around the end of January, I did get the account back but they removed some items and I really didn't care but then around 9 days ago I got terminated for the same exact reason? I sent an appeal to them proving I did not do anything wrong and my appeal was rejected by this dude named "Michael". And I know damn well it's a bot and not an actual human. Remember when the moderators were actually real people and not some stupid robot?
This game has REALLY bad moderation to the point where it's hella annoying. I've seen people online recently getting banned for the same exact reason as I did, or it was because of their usernames etc. Hundreds if not thousands of innocent players are losing their accounts for no reason and it's all because of ROBLOX's sh*tty bot moderation. They literally do not care about their players at all. They don't care if you didn't do anything, or if you're sorry, They'll only do something about it if a ROBLOX youtuber calls them out on their crap. Might as well quit I guess lol

Well 10+ years ago they could use real people instead of bots. But because roblox was such a small community back then, considering back 12-14 years ago, the top games had maybe a few hundred to 1000 players in it? Compared to now where we have a single game with over 500,000+ people playing it. It's not possible for a human to read and moderate every single report/email because it's guaranteed they are getting thousands of emails per day, with only a handful of real moderators.
It's simply not possible. Not saying their moderation is good by any means, but it's certainly not easy to moderate millions of active players.
