Prison Life became notorious for being a hacker's paradise. It's probably because the game isn't updated, and it can be assumed the devs abandoned it.
If you want to play Prison Life without exploiters and you also want a revamp, I suggest you play CS Prison Life. It’s basically Prison Life but revamped with more features. Here’s the link:
