To be completely honest, this might be a risky 50/50 choice you would make, but if you would change the school shooters to terrorists, the school to some building and you, the player to some soldier, as well as make it a campaign with either solo or co-op with levels being missions, then you might get off the hook if you add a school as one of the missions in the campaign.
I hope this idea helped encourage you to make your dream without your game being took down.
