No one, their worth is highly projected since only one person owns each tablet, and therefore they just sell them for crazy high prices in hopes that some dummy buys it.
They're low demand as well, so I'd doubt each one is worth even 100k

I can explain why they are so expensive: before ROBLOX held a giveaway for ROBLOX Tablets, and only the winners took them for 1 robux, when the winner took his ROBLOX Tablet, ROBLOX put the price at 1 billion so that it would be exclusive only for the winner.
