Can you guys help me with this the mob dropped blocks and hand is bugging and Idk what is the cause i dont have resources packs installed just the fabric api sodium and iris

What is your modlist and shaders?
Sodium
Iris shader
Fabric Api
Mellow shader 1.5.5 Hotfix
Does this happen with out the shader?
No
Even the mod entity model is bugging

Minecraft 1.21.1 fabric
Sodium 0.6.13
Iris 1.8.8
Does it happen with the unstable version #unstable-releases ?

Well Sodium does not support embedded platform (aka Android) because, well, you're seeing it first hand the kind of bugs you'll be getting on them.
If you're on M1 iPad, you get a better chance of support.
