Good thriftable relaxed higher fitting vintage-denim [EU]
Im looking for a pair of old jeans to raw-hem into shorts. Nothing fancy, just decent rigid denim that can take a beating. Preferably high-waisted and with a relaxed fit, taper obviously does not matter.
Basically my question is if y'all know of alternatives to a levis 550, specifically lesser known european brands that might not have the same name recognition (and according price-hike) attached to them.
