Robux PC -> Android - Roblox Forum
Hello,
I bought a gift card for my son so he can play it on his tablet, I activated the card on his account through the PC as it seems it's only possible on PC to activate a card.
The robux are present on his PC account but invisible on the tablet with the same account.
What to do ?

yes i rebooted and it's the same, 1200 robux on the account on the PC and 0 on Tablet

Have you tried logging on the account through a different device to see if it's just the tablet? Also, is there a chance that the accounts might be separate?

Whether on PC or Tablet I am on the same account. I find the same contacts on PC or on the tablet

Have you tries logging in through other devices though, like your phone or a laptop?
It's important to see if it's not only on the tablet. Try buying something cheap too like a 1 or 2 robux-worth item.
