DHSupport plugin crashing my server all the time
My server will suddenly jump up to >10GB ram usage and then crash. I restart it and it starts back on like 12TPS, and takes like 5 minutes to return to normal. It's crashed like 5 times just today!!

@Jckf (GMT+2) sorry to ping but got any insights?
i think it's when people load chunks super fast
i've turned the plugin off and i still got a tps spike because someone was elytra flying into unloaded chunks but
no crash

You should send your
latest.log
file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs
directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs
Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed.
After uploading the file, click on Save
and send the link.Preferable the server logs from when the crash happened
Which version of the plugin?
And why do you think it's caused by the plugin? Sounds to me like your server is just overloaded. Removing plugins/mods/datapacks will of course lower the load.
The plugin has absolutely no way to affect your TPS when you have removed the plugin. Low TPS without the plugin is caused by something else.
what are server specs?
ive got 16GB of ram it's a 5900X cpu i've got like 5-6 people on at all times 9 chunk render distance
default dhsupport settings
the increased ram has prevented crashes generally but idk
im using dhsupport 0.9.0 1.21.4

i also have bluemap idk if that messes with dhsupport at all
i get a ton of like

generation in progress messages when it's happening
even though i've pregenned everything in a 3000 block radius from spawn
im trying to use the spark profiler but i'm not learning much from it
if anyone has any tips on how to narrow this problem down lmk

i dont get it
LOD updates will also result in the "generation in progress" log message.
But before trying anything else, you should update the plugin. You're on a several months old version. Grab the latest nightly instead.
