My penalty got lifted, but I'm still suspended from the game
Yesterday, my penalty got lifted. However, for some reason, when I try to log on, it said I'm still suspended from the game..!
any val staff can explain this situation? Because I sent another ticket, and they gave me copy and paste responds which is making me frustrating
