Please Just let me get back

2 years ago i have been banned for 4 months for using 3rd party software i have since deleted cheats reseted my pc and so on and created a new account to paly after my ban has expired then i started playing 5 days later i got banned again for 3rd party software false ban? exactly i have created a ticket about this no good i have tried seeking help from the community still no help i want everyone to know that hwid ban was not neccesary i am sorry for my actions and all i want is to get back to valorant my family does not have the resources to get me a new pc and my machine is not powerfull enough to play any other online fps game like CS 2 etc. since then i have created many tickets one after another and the result? still the same as shown in the screenshot all i want is my ban to be excused thanks for reading 👍
