Honestly, stop making a big deal out of this.
Just because you can't log into your account on your phone doesn't give you permission to make an alt. All you need to access your account in your phone is your username and your password, along with your auth app code or email code if you set up 2-step verification. That's it. If you can access your account on a computer, you can access your account on a phone with the exact same process.
