Why are they giving me such a hard time getting a refund for Robux? Pricing listed on the robux was not what was charged. Have not used the robux and I want a refund because I didn't want to spend that much. Now, they are telling me the only way I can get a refund is to claim "family fraud" and the to get banned off roblox.
Sound like extortion to me?
