Merging "Windows" Folder

Is it possible to merge the contents of all prefixes' "[game]/drive_c/windows" folder, like how it would be in real windows? Because that folder alone takes up like 1.8 GB which isn't a lot but it starts to add up when u have a dozen or 2 games.

No, game-specific fies for one game might screw up another game then, that's the reason Steam, Lutris and Heroic all use separate prefixes for separate games

Let me explain this with an example:

Game A requires Dependency B to be installed
Game C doesn't require Dependency B, but uses it if it can find it
Some parts of Dependency B (the ones Game A uses) work fine in Wine, while others (the parts Game C uses) don't
As such you have a working Game C, but as soon as you install Dependency B into the prefix of Game A & C (to get Game A working), Game C no longer works

Windows doesn't have such issues since it is the target platform for both games and dependencies, so either such issues just don't happen or they get workarounds from the manufacturer / Windows itself / the community

you can use the same prefix for multiple games if you know what you are doing (just pick the same folder as the wine prefix when installing or configuring a game), but it's really not recommended unless you are ok with maybe breaking other games when you install a new one
