Roblox gift card error - daughter credited wrong account - Roblox Forum
Hi all, I am reaching out for any assistance please. My daughter (9yo) just accidently credited a Robux gift card to her brothers Roblox account. She did not check the log in was correct on her ipad!!
I have contacted customer support and they say there is nothing they can do to help. This is because there is no way to transfer Robux from one account to another. I have asked them to simply cancel the transaction from the gift card to my sons account, then i can simply reissue to my daughters account, but as yet have not had a response.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and where you able to find a solution with Roblox support??
As you can imagine my daughter is very upset that she did this, but at least it has taught her a lesson to check first!!!
FYI Roblox support did suggest trading between the accounts, but i do not know how to do this as it appears they need to be full members to allow trading? Which neither of them want to do.

I suppose you could always buy another gift card for your daughter if your finances allow. I've done this myself so I know your pain also is your son such a bad kid...let him have the robux until such time as you can afford a new one for your daughter.
