if youre sure there was nothing that broke rules in the image i would message roblox support and ask for an appeal. i've had multiple articles of clothing falsely moderated and restored after contacting support.
roblox moderation isnt perfect but its hard to keep up with the fastest growing tech company almost ever with the insane amount of users joining every day. just remember to be patient as this process could take a few days to a week easily.
