Hacked and banned, what do i say - Roblox Forum
I got hacked and the hacker made a scam game and I could not delete it so i privated it, so no one could get scammed. I visited it. It was a troll game but the name was "free robux". I went into roblox studio and deleted everything so it was just a baseplate. A few minutes later I got banned for scamming players. This is not true. First of all: the game was private, so no one could even join the game. Second of all: I deleted everything in the game, so it was a baseplate. So why did I get banned for a standard base plate game that was private? It could not scam anyone. I did nothing wrong and no-one could join the game
Please help me, i dont know what to say to the appeal team because they keep denying my appeal.

Sorry man, i hate to say it but you're out of luck.
You're better off just creating a new account and starting from scratch, ROBLOX support is not going to listen to you even if the ban was unjustified and unreasonable. RubenSim knows all about this.

U cant really do anything, I have got banned once for doing nothing. They don't listen.

I got banned for saying gay car even though I was explaining a ban I got once.

It will be really hard to be unbanned because they don't know it was you or mayby a hacker. Roblox support is not the best support.
