Account password got reset and didn't add an email - Roblox Forum
So a month ago my sister's account password got reset and she didn't add her email I put it in the Support Service but they didn't help any ideas what to do to get her account back, by the way she has bought Robux on that account before. When she emails me the photo of what happened I will post it on this thread

if it was roblox gift cards, send the code to roblox support because they can see who redeemed which code, so if it was gift cards... you and your sister are in luck!

maybe it was resetted via phone #
also if the account is hacked or lost you can show roblox proof of purchase on that account like the guy above said and get it back
