For me, if songs don't load-up when I'm playing Funky Friday I usually believe it has something to with connection issues. But when that's not the case, I believe it's an in-game glitch. However, if that's not the case then it also might be that the song got copyrighted. But in rare occasions, the developers just added in a new update.
